Hi Al,

Thanks for the review. We replaced the section by appendix. Actually we did
not move the sections to the appendix and these have always been appendices
- despite we called them sections. The reason to have them as appendices is
that these are not describing the protocol. On the other hand, we have
discussed having a separate companion document that contains the
appendices. However, we are currently staying with the appendices at least
for  now.
