Hi all, Thanks for all your attention and discussion on the HP-WAN! We submitted a new solution I-D to focus on the rate-negotiated host-network collaboration signaling to enhance the congestion control for HP-WAN. Based on the RSVP-related discussion on the list, it also describes the RSVP extensions as an instantiation of this signaling solution. It also provides the considerations for the centralized solution such as SENSE system in R&E networks. We appreciate your time to review and feedback! Thanks!
