The point with splitting is that since OAS "depends on" JSON Schema wrt
fragment & co, just working on the registration without providing
instructions on fragment handling will be somewhat a partial work.
It is true that with YAML we spent a lot of time on this subject...

While I can split the OAS and JSON Schema docs in order to speed up things
for OAS, I think that there is value in bringing forward both documents
together.
