Abstract:
   The HTTP Idempotency-Key request header field can be used to carry
   idempotency key in order to make non-idempotent HTTP methods such as
   "POST" or "PATCH" fault-tolerant.

   HTTP APIs Working Group mailing list (httpapi@ietf.org) which is
