Just a friendly update:

- digest-algorithms are still case-insensitive but they are registered
in lowercase in the IANA table, and lowercase is the preferred case:
  this will ease a future transition to SF;
- the deprecation of parameters proposal is here:
https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/pull/1259/files
  your feedback will be very welcome. Again while @Amos Jeffries
considerations are reasonable
  we opted to simplify the spec.
