It's typically pretty light touch. The guidance we put into the RFC should be enough for an expert to figure it out. Especially here it's a sanity check that the algorithm key fits the rules and there is a suitable reference.

I'm happy to provide informal support if/when the first couple of registration requests come in. I just want to avoid another formal monkey on my back.
