Eric Rescorla. The guy who spoke reallyreallyfastwithnogaps. He's  
porbably the leading expert on TLS.

TLS+NPN has yet to enter the standards process, it's an individual  
contribution in draft status. We'd be looking at a delay to WS of at  
least a few months if we wanted to rely on this.
