I was taking hasty notes. I registered "agreed" whenever the room agreed with what we had on the slides. The slides read correctly that the call was to not include DNS SRV. The "use DNS SRV as part of the base spec" was just shorthand to refer to that subject, and was not meant to represent the actual phrase being agreed upon.

In general, the minutes register agreement or disagreement on the items as they are spelled out in the slides (not in the minutes themselves).
