For a while, I worked with a few others on a FAQ at:

     http://trac.tools.ietf.org/wg/hybi/trac/wiki/FAQ

I got discouraged, though, when it started to be used as a place to 
debate issues that had already been decided on the mailing list (hence 
the request at the top of it not to do that). Since it isn't an official 
document for the WG it has no status within it, and has been left in a 
somewhat disorganized state.

If you'd like to clean it up, you are welcome to.
