The Secure Shell Security Model (SSHSM) describes a Security Model
   for the Simple Network Management Protocol, using the Secure Shell
   protocol within an SNMP Transport Mapping.  This memo describes the
   usage of the Secure Shell Security Model with a RADIUS authentication
   and authorization system.
