For access network operators, accounting information are crucial:
they provide information for billing and give an overview of the
traffic usage.  This document defines the requirements for accounting
information needed on Softwires.

	exhibit different behavior, especially when dealing with

	up into multiple messages), so check your local documentation on
	how to manipulate these messages.
