Dear ICNRG,

this amendment to the document (07 => 08) includes two minor changes:

(1) A bit is allocated from the dispatch fields to indicate which
protocol is included in the message (NDN vs CCNx). This distinction was
formerly made using two separate dispatch pages. The new approach
reduces the amount of requested IANA code-point registrations by half
without imposing an overhead to the compression scheme.

(2) Editorial cleanup. Some figures had used "resv", "Reserved", "RSV"
to indicate reserverd bits. We harmonized this to use "RSV" everywhere.

Cheers,
Cenk
