Well - I had hoped we'd be finished by now, but its taking time working this thing through the standards process. I've asked Megan to schedule a short session at the next IETF (17 Nov, evening, Washington, DC Capitol Hill Hyatt) in case we need to deal with any comments/complaints/suggestions from the IESG/IAB.
