AD review:

Andrew met with IDR chairs today to discuss next steps in:
1) draft-ietf-idr-segment-routing-te-policy
2) draft-ietf-idr-rpd
3) draft-ietf-idr-wide-bgp-communities

The purpose of the meeting was to develop an action plan for these 3 drafts in AD evaluation.  This IESG has the following constraints:
a) limit to 5 authors - unless you can prove all authors specifically contributed text to a section.
b) clear text
c) implemented code.

1) draft-ietf-idr-segment-routing-te-policy:
Status: returned to WG (AD watching)

 Draft-ietf-idr-segment-routing-te-policy
 will need to split off sections that
are not implemented into an experimental draft,
and keep the sections that are implemented in main draft.
The authors will need to contact me as their shepherd
to get the full details.

The draft and the experimental draft will need to go
through WG LC again.

2) draft-ietf-idr-rpd + draft-ietf-idr-wide-bgp-communities
[Lengthy - AD review]

Since Andrew has a concern regarding about the specification being
Clear enough for multiple interoperable implementations, the
IDR chairs + Andrew agreed to spend a few hours discussing how
each section would be implemented.

Andrew's detailed review is very generous and he will leverage
Information from Alvaro, IDR Chairs, and authors.

This review may take some time, but provides a clear way forward.
After the lengthy review is done, the IDR chairs will announce the
status change.
