This version of the draft addresses comments received in IETF 104. Specifically,

- support for clear command with feature options has been added.
- added support for notifications
- added one more example, and collapsed groupings, resulting in fewer files.
- removed SR-TE from the model. This will be covered in a separate draft.
- incorporates review comments received by Jeff Hass.
