The abstract provides a good description of the functionality of the draft. 
 
   BGP Flow Specification (FlowSpec) [RFC8955] [RFC8956] has been
   proposed to distribute BGP FlowSpec NLRI to FlowSpec clients to
   mitigate (distributed) denial-of-service attacks, and to provide
   traffic filtering in the context of a BGP/MPLS VPN service.
   Recently, traffic steering applications in the context of SR-MPLS and
   SRv6 using FlowSpec also attract attention.  This document introduces
   the usage of BGP FlowSpec to steer packets into an SR Policy.
 
This document is an informational draft, but this document provides 
results of Interoperability Tests (section 6.1) and deployment status (6.2).   
 
 
The authors should send an IPR statement indicating what IPR they are aware of. 
 
The WG should consider in their discussions:
 
1.  if this information specification provides useful
Information for operations are about the use of BGP Flow Specification to 
Steer traffic into an SR Policy.  
 
2. Are there any technical flaws in this description?
