Have you seen any mention of the draft on any other ops forums?  (I have not.  Googling for its full name turned up no ops forum results, and only the NANOG thread when using the abbreviation [bgp-extended-messages].) One of my concerns is if the ops community knows enough about this draft to understand its implications.  Also, I agree with the sentiment expressed by several others that there are issues that are possibly beyond the scope of IDR.  We could continue this discussion in GROW, perhaps.
