Following up on the discussion regarding BGP for L2VPN auto-discovery,
draft-ietf-l2vpn-vpls-bgp-01.txt does auto-discovery and signaling for
VPLS.  Of special interest to this WG is section 3, where the NLRI
format for this AFI/SAFI (*) pair, and other topics are described.

(*) SAFI = 65; AFI not yet allocated.  It seems sensible to use the
AFI allocated for auto-discovery.
