There's a bit of a mixup here. I believe the request for last call
referred to draft-ietf-ids-dirnaming-03.txt, a later draft. It was
submitted to the IDS list on 12/5/97.

I submitted draft-ietf-ids-dirnaming-03.txt three times to
Internet-Drafts@ietf.org: On 12/5/97 (got a message that ID's could
not be submitted until 12/8/97); on 12/8/97 (got same message); and
finally on 12/10/97. It doesn't seem to have been propagated yet,
however.
