Hi,

Having read this draft, I believe it should become a Best Current Practice
document. It describes technology that is in use for many years
(in some cases: should have been available for many years...),
which is proven and has clear benefits to the Internet.

However, to the best of my memory BCP's can only be made by 
IETF working groups. The tcpfix group as found at the Dallas IETF
might be appropiate, but as far as my colleagues told me, there
was no meeting in LA on this.

Soo... how should this proceed?
