Thanks for the URL. You may not know it, but both the (old) IETF
Chair and the IAB Chair attended a GII standards seminar in
Geneva during January - and we are trying to consolidate our
liaisons with JTC1 and ITU-T. Since the issue is global, not
national, it's important that the coordination is also global.

The tricky bit is actually deciding what we should work on, and
what we should leave to the others. I think there's a fairly
compatible view of the requirements emerging.
