OK, we need to think about what should be on the agenda for our little
get-together. That or maybe we should stay home.

I would like for Steve to do his little talk, at least for the three of us
who won't immediately go to sleep when it starts. Maybe that should be
first, so that those who need to arrive a little later can say "I got there
at 10:00 because I knew all that stuff already." :^)

I'd like to get as much done as we can, and an obvious part is to have the
IESG conference call live and in person.

I'm open to suggestions as to what the remainder should contain. So,
please, each AD think about what us three newbies need to know about your
area, and what we all might need to discuss, and let me know what topics
you would therefore suggest.
