This document is the documentation of the decision taken by the IETF to
focus the efforts on a signalling protocol for traffic engineering
applications on 'RSVP-TE: Extensions to RSVP for LSP Tunnels' (RFC3209),
and consequently discontinue the efforts on 'Constraint-Based LSP Setup
using LDP' (RFC3212).
