This document extends the summary refresh technique by allowing hierarchical summary refreshes. Essentially, the summary refresh messages themselves may be refreshed using another summary refresh message. Below is the data which will enable a MIME compliant mail reader implementation to automatically retrieve the ASCII version of the Internet-Draft.
