This memo describes the configuration of the dynamic multicast
routing protocol DVMRPv3 over a unidirectional link (UDL) such as a
satellite network. Routers connected to the UDL implement a link-
layer tunneling mechanism, as defined in the RFC 3077 [UDLR], in
order to exchange routing information.
