The IESG has received a request from an individual submitter to consider
the following document:

- 'Extensible Provisioning Protocol (EPP) Domain Name Mapping'
   <draft-hollenbeck-rfc4931bis-01.txt> as a Full Standard

Note that the document has a normative downreference to RFC 952.
IESG would appreciate comments on whether this downref is
appropriate in the context of draft-hollenbeck-rfc4931bis.

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send substantive comments to the
