I wanted to share the results of an annual customer survey relating
to IANA services performed by ICANN. The IETF is one of the
users or customers of this service. 

These surveys are performed by a third party on a request from
ICANN. Customers were asked general questions about their 
perception of the performance of the service relating to
IANA functions, as well as customer-group specific questions.
Some of you have participated in the survey, for instance, as
authors of RFCs.

The results of the 2015 customer survey were recently announced,
and can be found here:
