Key actions since IETF-104: 
- Held a two-day Board meeting in May 2019
- Completed a SWOT/PEST assessment (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats and Political, Economic, Social, Technological)
- Issued several RFPs
- Began search for permanent IETF Executive Director
- Established insurance coverages
- Established process for community consultation & began community consultation on LLC Policies
- Issued statement on compliance with U.S. export regulations
- Extended contract for Secretariat Services and Interim Executive Director to end of 2019
- Transitioned the IETF Endowment from ISOC to the LLC (see separate email)
 
Finances: On track in 2019, with 2020 budget process beginning soon
 
Executive Director Search: We received 134 applications! This far exceeded our expectations and is a great sign for the future of the IETF. We are truly humbled by this level of interest.
 
Policies Consultation: Comment period just closed. We will soon review all feedback and determine what changes are needed.
