Folks,

We will have an interim joint meeting of the Network Time Protocol (NTP) 
and Timing over IP Connection and Transfer of Clock (TICTOC) working 
groups on Thursday, 4 February 2016 at 11:30 EST (16:30 UCT).

Topics for the agenda include:
