This document defines a YANG data model that can be used to configure
and manage Bidirectional Forwarding Detection (BFD).

The YANG modules in this document conform to the Network Management
Datastore Architecture (NMDA) (RFC 8342).

This document is a product of the Bidirectional Forwarding Detection Working Group of the IETF.

This is now a Proposed Standard.

STANDARDS TRACK: This document specifies an Internet Standards Track
protocol for the Internet community, and requests discussion and suggestions
for improvements.  Please refer to the current edition of the Official
