Nomcom 2015: FINAL results of selection process

These are the results of running the random selection algorithm for the
2015-2016 nomcom.

The selected individuals, their position in the posted candidate list
and their primary affiliation were:

In no case are there 3 people listing the same primary affiliation; I
therefore believe that the "no more than 2 from one organization" criterion
has been satisfied.

There were no challenges.

Note: One volunteer (Tobias Gondrom) was found to be ineligible after the
final list had been posted; the numbers were not adjusted after his removal.

One volunteer originally selected has given notice that he was unable to serve; a replacement has been selected and included above.
