A new Request for Comments is now available in online RFC libraries. RFC 4316 Title: Datatypes for Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV) Properties Author(s): J. Reschke Status: Experimental Date: December 2005 Mailbox: julian.reschke@greenbytes.de Pages: 11 Characters: 20352 Updates/Obsoletes/SeeAlso: None I-D Tag: draft-reschke-webdav-property-datatypes-09.txt URL: ftp://ftp.rfc-editor.org/in-notes/rfc4316.txt This specification extends the Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning Protocol (WebDAV) to support datatyping. Protocol elements are defined to let clients and servers specify the datatype, and to instruct the WebDAV method PROPFIND to return datatype information. This memo defines an Experimental Protocol for the Internet community. It does not specify an Internet standard of any kind. Discussion and suggestions for improvement are requested. Distribution of this memo is unlimited. This announcement is sent to the IETF list and the RFC-DIST list. Requests to be added to or deleted from the IETF distribution list should be sent to IETF-REQUEST@IETF.ORG. Requests to be added to or deleted from the RFC-DIST distribution list should be sent to RFC-DIST-REQUEST@RFC-EDITOR.ORG.
