IETF LLC Board of Directors meetings are conducted via web/teleconference. Members of the community are welcome to attend certain portions of these meetings as observers. 

The board will have a two day face-to-face meeting on January 29 - 30, 2020. The public portion of the meeting will begin at 13:30 EST / 18:30 UTC on Wednesday, January 29.
