1. Registration
A. **Early-Bird Registration - USD 650.00 Pay by Friday, 20 July 2012 1700 PT (UTC -7)**
B. After Early-Bird cutoff - USD 800.00
C. Full-time Student Registrations - USD 150.00 (with proper ID)
D. One Day Pass Registration - USD 350.00
E. Registration Cancellation
  Cut-off for registration cancellation is Monday, 23 July 2012 at 1700 PT (UTC -7). Cancellations are subject to a 10% (ten percent) cancellation fee if requested by that date and time.
F. Online Registration and Payment ends Friday, 27 July 2012, 1700 local Vancouver time.
G. On-site Registration starting Sunday, 29 July 2012 at 1100 local Vancouver time.

2. Visas & Letters of Invitation:

After you complete the registration process, you can request an electronic IETF Letter of Invitation. You may also request one at a later time by following the link provided in the confirmation email.

Please note that the IETF Letter of Invitation may not be sufficient for obtaining a visa to enter Canada. At this time local host letters of invitation are not available. Please send an email toregistrar@ietf.org if you require a host letter of invitation, and within the next week one will be provided.

3. Sunday Tutorials
Five tutorials will be held on Sunday, July 29, 2012 and are open to all attendees.

5. Bits-N-Bites Networking Event
The IETF is pleased to announce Bits-N-Bites, a new community networking event for IETF 84 in Vancouver.

Telus World of Science - Science World has recently completed a $35-million renovation at its False Creek facility, adding 30,000 square feet of space, a green roof, and many energy‐efficient initiatives with lots of hands-on exhibits.

If you are traveling with a friend or family member over 18 years of age you can register them for the IETF Companion Program for only USD 25.00
