Hello, To express interest in participating in a test of a new feature for remote participation in IETF meetings called “Remote Rooms” [1] during the IETF 125 Shenzhen meeting (16-20 March 2026), please complete and submit this form: https://www.ietf.org/forms/remote-hub-application For this initial experiment, a limited number of Remote Hub locations will be selected. A Remote Hub may host one more or Remote Rooms. Close coordination with Remote Hub organizers will be required before and during the IETF meeting to work out various technical aspects and operational details, and to understand and document the requirements and experience of Remote Hub organizers. Applicants will be contacted to confirm interest and, possibly, asked to provide additional information. Initial Remote Hub site selection is expected as early as the week of 9 February.
