   <draft-ietf-vpim-ivm-06.txt> as a Proposed Standard

This document is the product of the Voice Profile for Internet Mail 
Working Group. 

The IESG contact persons are Scott Hollenbeck and Ted Hardie.

Technical Summary
 
This document provides for the carriage of voicemail messages over 
Internet mail as part of a unified messaging infrastructure.
The Internet Voice Messaging (IVM) concept described in this document 
is not a successor format to VPIM v2 (Voice Profile for Internet Mail 
Version 2), but rather an alternative specification for a different 
application.
 
Working Group Summary
 
There were no comments during the WG last call as all the issues and
debates had been vetted in the WG.  Additionally, there were no comments
received during the IETF last call.
 
Protocol Quality
 
Scott Hollenbeck reviewed the spec for the IESG.
