The IETF Administration LLC has now concluded a series of consultations on the IETF Meeting venue identification and selection process.  The new process is fully described in

This process makes use of three new forms:

    - IETF Venue Recommendation Form (IETF Participants) [1]
    - IETF Venue Recommendation Form (Venues and Agents) [2]
    - IETF Venue Assessment Report [3]
