2. On-site Convention Survey
The Paris Chamber of Commerce will be conducting a survey of IETF attendees over the IETF meeting dates (starting Monday and concluding Friday) at Le Palais (meeting venue). The survey will be used to gather data about the economic impact of conventions in France. There will be up to 15 representatives who will be wearing IETF badges who will approach IETF attendees to seek their participation in the survey.

While the IETF has authorized conducting the survey, participation is totally voluntary and interviewers will be approaching attendees only during the break times. They have the meeting agenda and are aware of meeting start and end times as well as the times of breaks and lunch.

The survey will be conducted in English, French or Spanish, depending on the interviewee's preference and should take around 10 minutes.

The IETF will receive a summary of the results from the IETF meeting and the ten meetings being surveyed. The results will be useful in future venue negotiations. Your participation is appreciated.

3. Meeting Room Usage
Due to the high cost of renting meeting rooms at the Paris venue, usage of space will be limited to the actual times of the IETF meeting sessions on the agenda. Meeting Breakout Rooms must be vacated by 1800 on Monday and Wednesday and Friday, 1810 on Tuesday and 1940 on Thursday, smaller meeting rooms must be vacated by 2000 and the Plenary room is available only during plenary times. The terminal room will have 24 hour access, please remember to wear your badge to gain entrance.
