The IESG has received a request from an individual submitter to consider
the following document:

- 'Extensible Provisioning Protocol (EPP) Contact Mapping '
   <draft-hollenbeck-rfc4933bis-01.txt> as a Full Standard

Note that the document has a normative downreference to RFC 5322 (Draft
Standard). IESG would appreciate comments on whether this downref is
appropriate in the context of draft-hollenbeck-rfc4933bis.

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send substantive comments to the
ietf@ietf.org mailing lists by 2009-06-11. Exceptionally, 
comments may be sent to iesg@ietf.org instead. In either case, please
