Technical Summary

   This document defines procedures for how a SIP User Agent should
   locate, retrieve, and maintain current configuration information from
   a Configuration Service.

Working Group Summary

  The work was largely done at the SIP Forum. 

Document Quality

  Although this document was not started at the IETF, it has 
  received review by many IETF participants that work in the 
  relevant space.
