The IESG has approved the following document: - 'Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) User Agent Configuration ' <draft-lawrence-sipforum-user-agent-config-03.txt> as an Informational RFC This document has been reviewed in the IETF but is not the product of an IETF Working Group. The IESG contact person is Gonzalo Camarillo. A URL of this Internet-Draft is: http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-lawrence-sipforum-user-agent-config-03.txt Technical Summary This document defines procedures for how a SIP User Agent should locate, retrieve, and maintain current configuration information from a Configuration Service. Working Group Summary The work was largely done at the SIP Forum. Document Quality Although this document was not started at the IETF, it has received review by many IETF participants that work in the relevant space. Personnel Gonzalo Camarillo is the responsible AD.
