"Bornholmsk" appears to be far more common than "Bornholmian," including
in English-language contexts. Google reports roughly a 50:1 hit ratio.

Leon can address the question of whether to modify the reference to
Allinge-svensk in the registration form. I'm not too concerned about
whether this is a sub-dialect or an alternative name, since it's not
included in the record.

Bornholmsk is the name in Danish. In English it would be Bornholmian.

It appears that Allinge-svensk (Âlinga-svænsk in Bornholmian) is a
subdialect of Bornholmian.

But I don't insist on any change in the registration form.
