I'm writing a character picker and orthography notes for Garay (Wolof)
and i want to base my folder names on the 4-letter script tag, but BCP47
doesn't appear to have one.

Is there anything in the works?  (I'm rather hoping that gara will be
the subtag, since i had to choose something in the meantime, but i can
still change it if someone has an idea what the future tag might be.)

Note also that Garay will be included in the Unicode Standard for v16.
(I'm also writing that section.)
