So you've published a fancy technical specification or served as a 
working group chair or as an area director.  Think that's hard? Take the 
real challenge!  Show the community your humorous side. Submit an April 
1st RFC candidate to rfc-editor@rfc-editor.org (don't use the I-D 
submissions tool).  Don't want it to wait til April?  Levity is accepted 
by the ISE all year round.

How many IETFers does it take to screw in a lightbulb?  Let's have a 
draft that will then be dispatched to a BoF to form a working group that 
will improve the draft so that it can be sent to the IESG for evaluation 
of rough consensus and approval and published as an RFC to find out!
