I support the publication of this document as a BCP. The rationale is as follows: i) this is a high quality document ii) it is derived from experimental evidence iii) it represents the best available information to date about installing a Directory Service. This is not to say that the document is perfect, and of course, in time better procedures and tools may exist, but for the present it does represent a good starting point for implementors.
