Damn.  It's 10 days after the deadline, but here's my little comment:

There is potential for confusion between
the words 'release' and 'lease' for non-english speakers.
Might be worth adding the note

   Note for non-native speakers of english: 'release' does NOT
   mean 'lease again'.  It means 'free' or 'relinquish'.

Then again, if they're reading an RFC, they probably
relish difficult language :-)
