A report from myself and the IESG in advance of IETF 106 is available here: https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/106/materials/slides-106-ietf-sessb-ietf-chair-and-iesg-report-ietf-106-00. Embedded links to other reports will be updated as they become available.

As the report notes, at the IETF 106 plenary the IESG will be experimenting with using timers for the IESG open microphone session to ensure enough time for all questions and comments and to make the plenary more lively. Each participant in the microphone line will have two minutes to speak and each collective response from the stage will be capped at two minutes. Timers will be visible to the audience and to those on stage.
