Hi Michael,

Thanks for writing draft-richardson-in-memorium-00 [1].

I like what you wrote in Section 3 (privacy considerations).

RFC 6890 states that the IETF occasionally reserves an address block 
for a special purpose in order to support new protocols or 
practices.  I'll leave it to other people to discuss whether the 
requests in Section 5 fit within protocols or practices.
