This document is a VERY PRELIMINARY DRAFT report on an Internet 
architecture workshop, initiated by the IAB and held at USC Information 
Sciences Institute on February 8-10, 1994.  This workshop focused on 
security in the Internet architecture.                  
                   
This early draft is being released in advance of the Seattle IETF meeting, 
at which a report on the meeting will be presented, in order to spur 
thinking on the issues.  The participants of the meeting have not yet 
achieved full agreement on the contents of this document, and it may be 
assumed that this material will be substantially modified before it is 
published as an RFC.  This initial draft in no way represents an official 
statement by the IAB.  All other disclaimers apply.
