This memo defines a portion of the Management Information Base (MIB) for 
use with network management protocols in the Internet community.  In 
particular, it defines objects for managing ethernet-like objects.         

This memo also includes a MIB module.  This MIB module corrects minor 
errors in the earlier version of this MIB: RFC1398 and also re-specifies 
that MIB in a manner which is both compliant to the SNMPv2 SMI
and semantically-identical to the existing SNMPv1-based definitions.
