Interesting. But one may note that RFC numbers are decimal, whereas the 
U+HHHH Unicode code point notation is hexadecimal. Decimal 10000 is hex 
2710, and U+2710 is ✐ UPPER RIGHT PENCIL. U+10000 would correspond to 
RFC 65536, which is still a long way to go.
